Lunch and Learn: Church Conference Prep

Bring your lunch and join us for Lunch and Learn: Church Conference Prep on Sunday, November 15 at 12:00 PM in the Serve Center. This is the second of our two gatherings, and this time we put the finished work in front of you.

In October we walked through the current Ministry Funding Plan, the July through June plan your giving funds right now, and we listened to what you want the next one to hold. The Leadership Board carried your questions into its October 26 meeting and finalized the leadership slate and 2027 pastoral compensation. At Church Conference the congregation elects the slate and confirms the pastor's compensation.

Over lunch we will present the full slate of leaders nominated to serve, the pastoral compensation package, and where the current year's plan stands as we head into its second half. You will also hear what we heard from you in October, and how it is shaping the July 2027 through June 2028 plan the Board builds this spring.

Come see the whole picture before you vote. Church Conference is Sunday, November 22 at 2:00 PM, and this hour is your chance to ask questions, understand the reasoning behind the numbers, and know the people whose names you will find on the slate.
