  the second of our two gatherings\, and this time we put the finished work
  in front of you: the final ministry plan and the leadership slate the con
 gregation will act on at Church Conference.\nIn October we walked through 
 drafts and listened to your questions. The Leadership Board carried that f
 eedback into its October 26 meeting and finalized the plan. Over lunch we 
 will present the completed Ministry Funding Plan (the budget that funds ou
 r mission)\, our priorities for the coming year\, and the full slate of le
 aders nominated to serve.\nCome see the whole picture before you vote. Chu
 rch Conference is Sunday\, November 22\, and this hour is your chance to a
 sk questions\, understand the reasoning behind the numbers\, and know the 
 people whose names you will find on the slate.\nNo RSVP needed. Materials 
 will be available at the gathering. Bring your lunch and your questions\, 
 and come ready to think together about the year ahead. All members and fri
