The Sew Group meets the last Monday of each month, 9:00 AM to noon, in Room 108. Upcoming mornings are September 28, October 26, and November 30.

What they make goes where it is needed. Lap quilts go to homebound members through our Congregational Care team. Twin quilts go to Wichita Children’s Home. Bed rolls and mats made from repurposed sheets, blankets, and shopping bags go to people experiencing homelessness through the Homeless Resource Center in Wichita and STEPMC here in McPherson.

Baby quilts, throws, and table runners are sold, with the money going to mission through our United Methodist Women. This fall the group hosts the Quilt Benefit for Tomorrow First on Sunday, November 15.
