Free to a Good Home

The August 8 all-church work day turned up more than we expected. A room’s worth of furniture, framed art, small tables, and odds and ends is now sitting in Room 109, and rather than send all of it to a donation truck, we would rather it go to people who will use it.

Stop by and look. If you want something, take it with you, or put your name on it and come back for it. Sticky notes and a marker are on the table by the door. No forms, no sign-up, no need to ask anyone’s permission. First come, first served, and a few pieces will take two people to carry.

We are clearing rooms to open up more multi-use space for discipleship groups, meetings, and gatherings. Every piece that finds a home is one less thing to move and one more square foot for a group to gather.

Room 109 stays open through Wednesday, September 30. Anything still there after that gets donated. Questions, or need a hand loading something? Call the church office at 620-241-3626.
