Monthly Leadership Board Meeting

The Leadership Board gathers Monday, October 26 at 6:00 PM in Room 107, keeping its monthly rhythm of guiding the ministry and mission of McPherson First United Methodist Church. The board meets the fourth Monday of the month.

Our simplified board structure brings together elected leaders who serve as stewards of the congregation’s vision and resources. In a given month the board reviews ministry updates, weighs strategic priorities, tends the church’s finances and property, and makes the decisions that shape what we do together. These meetings keep the work of governance visible and connected to our commitment to making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Autumn carries us toward Church Conference on November 22, when the congregation sets direction for the coming year and elects the leaders who will serve. To dig into that work alongside church leaders, come to the Lunch and Learn on Sunday, November 15.
