 Room 107\, keeping its monthly rhythm of guiding the ministry and mission 
 of McPherson First United Methodist Church. The board meets the fourth Mon
 day of the month.\nOur simplified board structure brings together elected 
 leaders who serve as stewards of the congregation’s vision and resources
 . In a given month the board reviews ministry updates\, weighs strategic p
 riorities\, tends the church’s finances and property\, and makes the dec
 isions that shape what we do together. These meetings keep the work of gov
 ernance visible and connected to our commitment to making disciples of Jes
 us Christ for the transformation of the world.\nAutumn carries us toward C
 hurch Conference on November 22\, when the congregation sets direction for
  the coming year and elects the leaders who will serve. To dig into that w
 ork alongside church leaders\, come to the Lunch and Learn on Sunday\, Nov
 ember 15.\nAny member is welcome to sit in on the board meeting. To put so
