Monthly Leadership Board Meeting

The Leadership Board continues its monthly rhythm of guiding the ministry and mission of McPherson First United Methodist Church. The board meets on the fourth Monday of the month at 6:00 PM in Room 107. September’s meeting is Monday, September 28.

Our simplified board structure brings together elected leaders who serve as stewards of the congregation’s vision and resources. In a given month the board reviews ministry updates, weighs strategic priorities, tends the church’s finances and property, and makes the decisions that shape what we do together. These meetings keep the work of governance visible and connected to our commitment to making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Any member of the congregation is welcome to attend and observe. If you have items you would like the board to consider, contact Pastor Andrew at andrew.conard@mcphersonfirst.org or 620-241-3626 ahead of the meeting. Agendas are typically available the week prior.
