January Leadership Board Meeting

The Leadership Board meets monthly to guide McPherson First UMC's mission, review church health metrics, and make strategic decisions about our shared ministry. This governance team provides faithful stewardship of our congregation's resources, vision, and witness in the community.

Board meetings typically include updates on worship attendance, financial stewardship, children and youth ministry participation, community service impact, and strategic initiatives. Members review current metrics, discuss ministry opportunities and challenges, and make decisions that shape our church's direction.

While primarily for Leadership Board members, these meetings are open to any congregation member who wants to observe church leadership in action and stay informed about our church's health and direction. Attending offers insight into how decisions are made and how our mission unfolds through careful governance and prayer.

The meeting takes place in the Serve Center and typically lasts about 90 minutes. No registration is required for congregation members who wish to attend. Board members should review the agenda distributed prior to the meeting.
