Join us on November 23 at 11:30 AM in Hess Hall for an all-church potluck followed by an important church conference. This gathering combines fellowship with crucial congregational decision-making as we vote on the Tomorrow First HVAC Plan.

District Superintendent Karen Rice-Ratzlaff will be present for this significant meeting. During the conference, we will announce the total of our First Fruits offerings, review all financial details including loan and interest information, and vote on moving forward with the Tomorrow First HVAC project. The Leadership Board approved the authorization resolution on November 19, 2025, and brings it to the congregation with a recommendation to approve.

Event Agenda:

  1. 11:30 AM - Arrival, sign in, and potluck meal begins
    1. Grace and welcome by Pastor Andrew
  2. ~12:00-12:15 PM - Church Conference begins

Review Materials in Advance:

This is an important opportunity for our congregation to make decisions together about our church's future. Your presence and your vote matter. All church members are encouraged to attend, participate in the meal, hear the complete financial picture, and cast your vote.

What to Bring:

The potluck begins at 11:30 AM, so bring a dish to share and join us for food and fellowship in Hess Hall before we conduct church business together.

Potluck Dish Suggestions by Last Name:

  • A-H: Main dish or casserole
  • I-P: Side dish or salad
  • Q-Z: Dessert

Please bring enough to share with 8-10 people. Drinks and table service will be provided.

Bonus: Pick up a complimentary church shirt on your way out! After today, shirts will be available in the church office for $20.

This is how we practice transparent governance and make decisions as a community of faith.
