Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, the 40-day journey toward Easter. Join us Wednesday, February 18 at 7:00 PM for a contemplative worship service that invites honest reflection on mortality, confession, and God's pursuing love.

This service includes imposition of ashes with the ancient words "Remember you are dust, and to dust you shall return," scripture from John 10 about the Good Shepherd who seeks lost sheep, and a message titled "The Shepherd Who Seeks." The service blends traditional elements with contemporary music, creating sacred space accessible to all ages while maintaining reverence.

Ash Wednesday confronts us with our human frailty—we are dust, unable to save ourselves. Yet it also reveals God's response: a shepherd who knows us by name, pursues us when we wander, and willingly lays down his life so we might live. The ashes remind us we are mortal; the shepherd's voice reminds us we are beloved.

All are welcome—whether you're a regular worshiper or attending church primarily during holy seasons. Come as you are. The service lasts approximately one hour. Ample parking available.
