All Church Conference

Our annual All Church Conference is Sunday, November 22 at 2:00 PM in the sanctuary, led by our District Superintendent. This is where the congregation elects the leaders who will serve in the coming year and receives our annual reports. It is the moment the year’s work becomes official.

Every member is welcome, and members of the Leadership Board, the Nominations and Lay Leadership Team, and our staff need to be there. If you have been following the ministry plan and the leadership slate through our two Lunch and Learns, this is where that work comes to a vote.

This year we are also hosting. Fourteen congregations from around the area gather in our building for the same conference, so expect a full parking lot and a good many faces you do not recognize. Making people feel found and welcomed is part of our work that afternoon. If you can help greet or direct parking, let the church office know.
