 0 PM in the sanctuary\, led by our District Superintendent. This is where 
 the congregation elects the leaders who will serve in the coming year and 
 receives our annual reports. It is the moment the year’s work becomes of
 ficial.\nEvery member is welcome\, and members of the Leadership Board\, t
 he Nominations and Lay Leadership Team\, and our staff need to be there. I
 f you have been following the ministry plan and the leadership slate throu
 gh our two Lunch and Learns\, this is where that work comes to a vote.\nTh
 is year we are also hosting. Fourteen congregations from around the area g
 ather in our building for the same conference\, so expect a full parking l
 ot and a good many faces you do not recognize. Making people feel found an
 d welcomed is part of our work that afternoon. If you can help greet or di
 rect parking\, let the church office know.\nChurches gathering with us: Al
