Vision 2030 Survey

McPherson First United Methodist Church is discerning God's direction through 2030. This spring, the Leadership Board will gather for a strategic planning retreat to make decisions about our priorities—and your voice matters.

We're exploring potential priorities including deepening discipleship, growing worship engagement, building financial sustainability, strengthening community impact, expanding regional partnerships, and developing leadership capacity. The survey also asks your reaction to specific proposals like Grace Groups, schedule adjustments, and more.

The survey takes about 10 minutes. Your responses are anonymous unless you choose to include your name for follow-up conversation.
