Christmas Eve invites us to slow down and remember what matters most. Join us for Candlelight Christmas Eve worship as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ through the timeless beauty of scripture, beloved carols, and sacred light.
We offer two services at 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM to accommodate different family schedules and traditions. Both services last approximately one hour and include traditional Christmas carols and hymns, the nativity story from scripture, and a brief meditation. Each service concludes with passing the Light of Christ from candle to candle while singing "Silent Night" - a powerful moment as individual flames spread person to person throughout the sanctuary, transforming darkness into shared light.
Whether you're a regular worshiper or this is your first visit in years, you are welcome here. Christmas Eve worship has a unique way of opening hearts to wonder, hope, and the radical love of God entering our world as a vulnerable child. Come as you are. Bring your family, your questions, your joy, or your weariness.
Our Christmas Eve Offering will support the Neighbor Assistance (Servant Outreach) fund, which provides direct help to McPherson County neighbors facing emergency needs. You can give during the service or online here. The sanctuary will be beautifully decorated with candles and poinsettias. Arrive early if you'd like to sit together as a family. Ample free parking is available in our lots.
