 t UMC joins United Methodists across the connection in opening that door f
 or the next generation.\nUM Student Day is one of six churchwide Special S
 undays in the United Methodist Church. The offering received supports scho
 larships and the United Methodist Student Loan Fund\, helping United Metho
 dist students attend the college\, university\, or seminary of their choic
 e.\nSince the 1870s\, the United Methodist Student Loan Fund has provided 
 low-interest loans to thousands of students. Scholarships go to United Met
 hodist students based on academic achievement\, financial need\, and activ
 e involvement in their local church. Your gift on August 16 keeps that leg
 acy moving forward.\nHow to give: Give in worship at 8:30 AM or 10:15 AM\,
  mail a check to the church office\, or give online directly to UM Student
  Day.\nEvery gift matters. All are welcome to participate in this churchwi
 de offering and join in supporting students preparing to lead\, teach\, se
 rve\, and change the world.
