 On Sunday\, December 27\, McPherson First keeps the story going as we clos
 e out our Christmas season together.\nWe gather for one combined service a
 t 9:00 AM\, with no 8:30 or 10:15 service that day. Pastor Chantel Makaraw
 a leads and preaches while Pastor Andrew is away\, walking us through Matt
 hew’s genealogy of Jesus (Matthew 1:1-17).\nThat family tree reads like 
 an unlikely cast list: schemers\, foreigners\, and people the world had wr
 itten off\, and God worked through every one of them. It is a fitting clos
 e to a season that has asked all along where God shows up in ordinary\, un
 qualified lives.\nCome as you are. One service means a fuller sanctuary an
 d a little more energy in the room\, so arrive a few minutes early if you 
 can. There will not be nursery care that morning\, so we invite families t
 o worship together. Our regular 8:30 and 10:15 schedule\, nursery included
